Very Responsive!!! I received a quote as well as a formal overview of their guidelines the same day!! So I especially appreciated NO SURPRISES!!! As my moved approached they were available by phone/email to answer immediate questions. The customer service was unlike any I have EVER experienced and loved how professional the representatives were throughout the entire process!! Their rates were definitely competitive! I went an hour above my move time and was able to still remain within my budget!! This was the most STRESS FREE move I’ve had in my life and my first time using a professional moving service!! This will be my go-to EVERY TIME!! Thank you Approved Movers for AMAZING SERVICE!!

Got referred by a friend and had a great move! Vincent had great communication with me all throughout the process and though there were many complications (mostly on my side) it was easy working with him. Great, competitive rates, professional work, incredible adaptability! I hope everyone tries them! I know I will use the Approved Movers again when I move out!

what a great group of people here. They were very professional and my move went quick and smooth. you can't go wrong hiring them for your next move. The movers handled my stuff with care and were genuinely nice guys who enjoyed their work. It was a pleasure hanging out with them all day. The price was very reasonable and there were no surprise charges or anything weird. 5 stars all the way

Talk about top notch, outstanding service! They were on time, careful and professional. It was the first time I hired movers so I was a little nervous but I immediately felt at ease when I saw how careful they were. They work efficiently and were friendly to work with, even in 20 below weather! My friends who are also moving have asked for their number and even the management company of my mom's assisted living where she moved. She said they were great and wanted to refer them. Reasonable prices too. I would never hire anyone else. So impressed with this company.

I absolutely loved working with Approved Movers! They were so professional, nice, and took great care of my belongings. I lived in a 3rd story walk up without an elevator and they moved my things carefully and never complained about being tired. They also cost HALF of what other people were charging. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional movers for an affordable price. Thank you so much for making my winter move amazing!

We had an excellent experience working with Vincent and his crew! They were able to get us in with less than a week's notice, arrived on time, and had great communication. All items were handled with care. They were very quick with the move, and were the best price in the area! They even waived the travel fee since we were so close, and gave a discount for my newly retired in-laws. I would absolutely highly recommend them!

My family just moved this past weekend and we hired the approved movers. Let me just say they were absolutely wonderful!!!! They were on time, fast, efficient, cared for our belongings, and got everything done in a matter of just a couple hours. And talk about SUPER affordable! I shopped around for movers and one company quoted me $3400 for the move... outrageous... but then i found the approved movers and the final invoice was less than the original quote of $750. Affordable, professional, and courteous. I couldn't say enough good things about this company and the workers. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking to move!

Moving was almost easy with the help of Vince and his team. I've moved a few times without hiring a team and decided I'd finally just spend the money and I will NEVER move again without giving these guys a call. On time, efficient and safe with every single item they touch whether it's heavy duty or the most fragile items, and easy to work with, this company is the real deal and will turn a stressful and hectic move into a simple and easy process. Nice guys. Communicated well via text for a container to house move on short notice. Did not damage any furniture or walls. Their rates were fair. They followed instructions well on what went where. Very satisfied, I tipped 50 bucks.

5 Stars – Great Moving Experience! The Approved Movers helped me move into my new apartment in Hastings today, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and handled everything—from heavy furniture to fragile items—with real care. The team made what could have been a stressful day totally smooth and easy. They even made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I felt taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, professional movers!
